Signature Finish – Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a service with signature finish. By booking or using our carpet cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We offer professional carpet cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Steam cleaning

• Dry cleaning

• Stain and odour removal

• Upholstery cleaning

• Rug cleaning

• Mattress cleaning

Any additional services will be clearly communicated and may be subject to separate charges.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• You agree to provide accurate information regarding the size, condition, and fabric of the carpets and furnishings.

• A confirmation will be sent via email, text, or phone upon booking.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is based on the size and condition of the carpet and will be confirmed before work begins.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash/credit/debit/bank transfers .

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• A cancellation fee of 25% may apply if proper notice is not given.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Remove small items and breakables from areas to be cleaned.

• Secure pets and inform us of any special requirements or conditions in the home.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge, provided the issue is within the scope of the original service.

 

7. Liability

• We are fully insured; however, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to carpets or furnishings.

  • Damage due to weak or unstable carpet fabric or materials.

  • Delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, emergencies).

 

8. Stain Removal

• While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains.

• Some stains are permanent and may not respond to cleaning treatments.

 

9. Health & Safety

• We use industry-approved, non-toxic cleaning products. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.

• Our technicians adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

 

10. Privacy

• All customer information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

 

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or provided in writing upon request.
